Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using Credit Card: - Credit/Debit Cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway facility on Veggius website or applications must belong to the user. - All transactions are being processed after on online payment gateway service provider's validation process. -The customer is liable to pay cash on delivery to the driver in case the "Special Request" or "General Request" may requires extra charges required by company.
. -You may cancel the order if the delivery time exceeded the comapny delivery promise time highlighted in the company info section, your paid amount will be refunded back to your account, and after validating the delay reason. -The customer refund procedure depend on the charge back process of customer's bank with maximum period of 21 working days, and then the customer has to follow on with his bank in case any delay in crediting his account back with the amount previously paid by him. Veggius will be sending an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from online payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with. - Customers using the online payment facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers. -If customer faces the inconvenience of a missing item informed by company, both parties (company and customer) can agree on a substitute item. In any other case, the customer can cancel his order and place a new order via Veggius platforms, in this case the full amount of his canceled order will be refunded as mentioned above in item no. 6 - The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Credit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions
